Digital Aerial Photographs

Scanned individual photos in black and white or color will be delivered on appropriate storage media (CD, DVD, hard disc).

They can be used for on screen digital capture, for instance

•  For studies of the development of landscapes and settlements
•  For nature and environmental research purposes
•  As a basis for planning and development
•  For investigation of contaminated land

• Data per photo: ca 270 MB (b/w) 1 channel, ca 830 MB (color) 3 channels (RGB)
• Scan resolution: 23 x 23 cm 14 µm (1814 dpi),  ≤18 x 18 cm 21 µm (1210 dpi)
• Data format: Tiff, 8 bit  per channel
• Storage medium : DVD, CD-ROM, hard disc

The digital cameras ADS80 are not film based. Instead the landscape is scanned in strips with a linear scanner (12,000 pixel) in black and white, color (RGB) and in infra-red. The large and therefore voluminous pallet of data allows for very different highly professional uses, such as for instance 3D restitution.
