Satellite Images
Satellite images are views of the landscape taken by sensors from satellites. Satellite images can be delivered in natural colors (RGB), in so called false colors (IR, infrared) and in black and white. A variety of sensors record the landscape with very different resolutions. Those allow for overview images as well as for very detailed views.
