swipos-GIS/GEO
swipos-GIS/GEO is based on the Automated GNSS Network of Switzerland (AGNES). The data from the 30 AGNES stations are available for real-time applications using the technique of virtual reference stations (VRS).
Coverage
swipos-GIS/GEO is available all over Switzerland where GNSS and GSM* reception is possible.
* Indication of the ionosphèriques disturbances influencing RTK measurements are available by consulting the ionosphèrique index I95 on the web interface swipos.
Equipment
swipos-GIS/GEO requires a geodetic GNSS receiver which can be linked to a mobile phone (GSM/GPRS) and is equipped with the options for output of the approx. position (in NMEA format) and reception of correction data in the RTCM 3.1 format.
