CHGeo2004 is integrated in the software products of swisstopo that can process height transformations (such as REFRAME). A version for GNSS receivers is also directly available from manufacturers (eg Leica and Trimble).
The CHGeo2004 dataset (binary grid) can still be purchased separately as add-on for free products and tools, where the integration of this transformation is possible.
