Crash with DLL or REFRAME FME Plug-in
The REFRAME DLL, which can be freely integrated in your software (and eg is used in REFRAME FME plug-in), has to be referenced in the system (Windows registry) before it can be used/called.
If you have problems or receive error messages when this DLL is called, it is probably because the installation wasn't performed correctly (eg not enough rights). In this case you must reinstall the DLL from your user account (or, better, for «all users») and re-register it in the system:
Start Menu - Run: c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\regasm.exe regasm/codebase/tlb «%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\reframeLib.dll»
(or according to the .NET Framework installation path, respectively where the «regasm.exe» file is).
Manuals and updates
If you get an error message or a calculation was not carried out correctly, you can find information in the user's manual (or in the «Online help»).
If it still doesn't work correctly or if you get a crash, there is perhaps a problem with the software. In this case, please check if you have the latest version installed.
For this, you can use the online update functionality (menu «?»). If the software does not have this option (old DOS programs) or if it does not work (for example, blocked by Proxy / Antivirus), you can download and install manually the latest version.

Remark: The manuals and documentation for the most part of geodetic software products are only available in German and French.
