How can I update my software?
All new software published from 2007 (REFRAME, GEOREF, NAVREF) contain an online update functionality, available under the menu «?». You can easily check whether you have the last version installed. If it is not the case, a message will be displayed and then the possibility to download the update.
For the old DOS programs (LTOP, TRANSINT, KOORDIFF, etc.), an online update is not possible.
In each case, there is the possibility for programs with no online update available, or if it doesn't work because of firewall / antivirus issues, you can check on our web pages for the actual version, under «Products and tools» or «Downloads». The update can be downloaded or ordered manually there.
Manuals and updates
If you get an error message or a calculation was not carried out correctly, you can find information in the user's manual (or in the «Online help»).
If it still doesn't work correctly or if you get a crash, there is perhaps a problem with the software. In this case, please check if you have the latest version installed.
For this, you can use the online update functionality (menu «?»). If the software does not have this option (old DOS programs) or if it does not work (for example, blocked by Proxy / Antivirus), you can download and install manually the latest version.

Remark: The manuals and documentation for the most part of geodetic software products are only available in German and French.
