The section “Image Data and Height Models” is responsible for the production and updating of aerial imagery, satellite imagery, orthophotos and height models.
This data is primarily used for the production and updating of the Topographic Landscape Model and of course as basic geographical they can be used for multiple purposes. The services of the Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing section can also be used by other Federal Offices.
