This DLL is compatible with .NET and COM applications and with programs supporting VBA macros (for example Microsoft Office, ArcGIS or Geomedia).
The computation functionnality is based on the FINELTRA algorithm with the current triangular transformation network (CHENyx06.bin). In order to optimize the performances, a spatial index was developed. A documentation containing the detailed functions specification, the description of their use and various examples is available in english. The use of this DLL for an internal use is free. Integration in a commercial solution is on the other hand subjected to particular conditions.
