When mapping out routes, paths with restrictions on use or access cannot be excluded. Please adhere to the corresponding signposts along the way. We generally recommend planning routes along official hiking and cycling trails as well as the recommended ski and snowshoe routes. Road closures and detours along these routes are shown in the app.

You can launch the swisstopo app on Android as well as iOS with the URL scheme «swisstopo» from another app. In addition, WGS84 coordinates of a point can be entered, which will then be marked. Example: swisstopo://poi?lat=47.3576318&lon=8.5643018
