The Geological Atlas of Switzerland 1:25'000 provide detailed information on the uppermost sedimentary and bedrock layers/units. 

Pixel maps with explanatory booklet

The sheets of the Geological Atlas of Switzerland 1:25'000, based on the sheet layout and topographic background of the Swiss National Maps, provides an important basis for decision-making in fields such as tunnelling, scientific research and investigations of building sites and natural hazards.

From August 2024, data will only be delivered in the reference frame LV95.
