A new Tectonic Map of Switzerland 1:500 000

This 4^th edition of the Tectonic Map of Switzerland 1:500 000 represents a major update of the geometry, distribution and nomenclature of the tectonic units in Switzerland and its neighboring regions.

For the first time, the Tectonic Map of Switzerland is accompanied by explanatory notes which provide a brief definition of each unit of the map, and which also explain the reasons for their interpretation or nomenclature.
