Strategy and Corporate Services

The Strategy and Corporate Services division supports the directorate and management in their leadership and management tasks. It brings together strategic tasks and central corporate services that enable the coordinated, secure and legally compliant development of the Department.

Tasks and objectives

• Management support: supporting the directorate and management by taking minutes, monitoring orders and performing administrative tasks
• Further development of management tools: development of strategic management, reporting, planning, budgeting and project and portfolio management
• Governance and security: ensuring information and physical security, strategic risk management and development of corporate architecture, including business continuity management
• Legal and procurement: legal advice, contract management and procurement processes, as well as coordination of statements on internal DDPS consultations
• Corporate services: financial and contract controlling, internal logistics, building management and proper management of departmental accounting and the business management system
