The Human Resources Division (HR) is responsible for the HR process from recruitment to departure and supports the process and the employees in an advisory, coordinating and service role. Qualified and committed employees are important for HR.


The HR Division has the following tasks, among others:

  • Personnel and cadre development
  • Operational coaching/mentoring
  • Occupational health management
  • Operational case management
  • Personnel remuneration 
  • Personnel controlling
  • Social benefits and pension schemes
  • Personnel law
  • Exit of staff
  • Basic vocational education
