AMP - Automated GNSS Network for Switzerland

Instead of providing a user with the Swiss reference frame LV95 (CH1903+) in a classical manner with site descriptions and coordinates, LV95 can be provided by using permanent GNSS stations. The stations of the Automated GNSS Network for Switzerland (AGNES) enable further densifications using classical baseline calculations in post-processing or in real-time using the swipos positioning service.

AMP - AGNES status / time series

The data of the AGNES stations, the European (EPN) and other permanent GNSS networks are analyzed in a fully automated modus on a near real-time and daily basis using the Bernese GNSS Software. Besides these results, a long-term solution is computed deriving possible movements of the stations.

AMP - CHTRF2016

About 200 LV95 reference points were selected to guarantee a tectonically stable location and to realize the Swiss coordinate reference systems. All points are suited for GNSS measurements. This passive network densifies the active Automated GNSS Network for Switzerland (AGNES).

AMP - European Dense Velocities

The EUREF Working Group on “European Dense Velocities” was formally disbanded in March 2023.Changes since then only affect the web pages (layout etc.) and not the results. For instance, the transformation from the itrf20 solution to ETRF2000 is based on an outdated set of parameters.
