New layers for the Aviation theme
With the current release of the swisstopo app, the Aviation theme has been enhanced with two new layers.
- The Residential areas according AuLaV layer displays residential areas on the map in accordance with the Ordinance on External Landings and facilitates the assessment of where landing is possible.
- The UAS Awareness Zones layer displays authorised BVLOS unmanned aircraft (UAS/drones). This information supports the planning and execution of drone and helicopter operations.
The swisstopo app thus provides additional information for assessing aviation-related conditions and restrictions.
